As a leader in Learning and Development, I have had experience throughout the entire ADDIE model. From partnering with clients to identify needs, holding design thinking sessions, developing focused learning objectives and deliverables, delivering training either digitally, in-person or in a blended learning approach, and evaluation to endure ROI for our executive teams.
I also have experience in Talent Management where I have developed position descriptions, succession plans, career paths, and performance management strategies. A large part of performance management is knowledge and buy-in from the top down. Due to this, my strategy also includes an extensive, engaging and relevant Manager Training curriculum.
